At Vedant LightUp Candle, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Eligibility: You may return unused and undamaged candles within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

• Return will be done within 7 business days.

How to Initiate a Return

“Our return policy is 7 days from the day you receive our products. You can write to us at vedantlightupcandle@gmail.com and we’ll take care of the rest. If you purchased our products through our online partner network, please contact their customer care for any assistance that you may need.
To be eligible for a return, the product must not be used and in the same condition you received it, including original packaging.

c-Refund Policy

The refund will be made to the source of payment (example: credit card, bank accounts, etc). In case of COD, payment will be refunded to the customer’s bank account, which the customer will be required to share.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be credited within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
